The Tales
of Mother Goose
PR-EVOLUTION DANCE COMPANY
Originally written as a piano piece for four hands, it later was adapted into a ballet, which was arranged around the central figure of Sleeping Beauty.
Our performance tells children in an interactive way, in the language of dance, a story about fairies, beauty and the beast, the Chinese Empress and Tom Thumb. The performance builds emphatically upon the spontaneous reactions of an audience of children, attempting to include them in both the story and the dance.
We hope that the shared experience of the fairy tale will make not only the youngest ones but also the adults accompanying them love dance and classical music for a lifetime.
